Dynamic cooling management system recognized for innovation and industry leadership in the telecom sector

Vigilent also won a Best in Show award as “best green application” in this prestigious customer-selected awards program from the publisher of FierceWireless, FierceTelecom, and FierceCable.
The Vigilent Dynamic Cooling Management system delivers immediate and measurable improvements in thermal SLA compliance, energy use and cooling capacity in data centers and telco facilities. Using machine learning software, a wireless mesh network of sensors and cooling unit controls, the system automatically matches white floor cooling to IT load in real time. Vigilent also delivers Prescriptive Analytics that automatically identify and highlight risks, such as faulty equipment or lack of cooling redundancy, and opportunities such as overcooled spaces and hidden capacity. The analytics also specify actions showing operators the best path to reducing risks, lowering costs and speeding time to revenue through more optimized use of existing facilities and faster edge build-outs.
