All this is with no out-of-pocket expense on your part. You'll realize the benefits each month in the form of lower energy bills for cooling, a portion of which you'll share with us to cover the expense of the equipment we install and the services we provide.

Each facility has its own set of needs and technical issues, whether it's a commercial building or a data center. Although we'll provide you a quote based on standard components, no two applications are alike, and we believe it's important to work with you in the planning stages of your implementation to determine the specific requirements of your environment.

• Hardware, Software & Networking – All of the hardware, software and networking components needed to outfit your facility will be provided. This includes sensor motes, machine control interfaces, gateways, an energy management server, and system software.
• Support Services – All software and hardware support is provided for as long as you contract with us for this service. Should repair or replacement ever be required, we'll handle it without any additional charge.

Shortly after the equipment at your site has been brought on-line and commissioned, we'll conduct an energy audit that, when combined with prior month's energy bills, sets a baseline for your existing energy expenditures. Then, each month, we'll provide an analysis of that month's cooling bills &ndash which can be as much as 50% less – and take payment as a pre-agreed-upon portion of those savings. The bottom line is, well, more money on your bottom line, as you realize the benefit of lower energy costs thaty you have been able to achieve with no capital expenditure.
