Vigilent offers a range of support services to meet your facility’s needs. We recommend that you select a support agreement to provide you with the assurance that resources will be available to keep your site up and running at full performance. Support is also available on a time-and-materials basis under the Basic Support program that comes with every system.
All Vigilent systems include one year of Basic Support Service, access to online technical resources, and a one-year limited warranty that provides for mail-in repair or exchange of defective modules. We recommend enhancing coverage with Standard Support for mission-critical applications.
Service in Europe, Asia and Latin America is provided through our network of international resellers and distribution partners. Please contact the reseller from where you obtained your system for assistance.
